Invited to join the CSC Turkey 9 team

Mid October 2012

Received an email to say I was  assigned to the Turkey 9 Team with an expected departure date of March 2013.  

The team will be stationed in Izmir. 

Reactions:

Excited - things are moving forward - now I have some concrete information

Surpised (and a little puzzled) by the destination - I had expected somewhere more 'remote'

Curious - looking forward to finding out more about the assignment on the ground
